Support Autism Through This Campaign

eoe social 01

My story features a superhero with autism. We decided to create a campaign that help us not to just tell an engaging story, but also to spread awareness and to help people understand more about Autism, which is our main motive to push this campaign.

By funding this campaign, you are creating a great contribution to the autistic community and their parents. You will also going to revive the oldest story ever found in human history; The Epics of Gilgamesh, and make other become more interested in history and ancient stories that withstood the tests of time.

Please show your support by going here Indiegogo so we can bring this comic book story, in full color, into your hands as soon as the campaign ends

This is Happening this Friday

This is Happening tomorrow… Yes, finally. I have posted about my comic and keeping the title secret, because the character’s real identity is the best part about the story, and it will be revealed tomorrow Friday on the cover of the comic; both in English and Sumerian language.

A Superhero With Autism “cover reveal this Friday”

COVER REVEAL EVENT… This Friday, 3rd of April!

CP-3a coloring rain fix

The comic features a superhero with autism, a trait that is in fact a strength for Haythem, the main protagonist. But his powers are not just his lightning speed mind, which makes the whole world move slowly around him, but also because of a deep secret related to Mesopotamian legends that gave him his immeasurable power.

The inking art is done by a talented artist named Felix Torres, from Chile, who was inspired when I explained to him that this story was inspired by my nephew, who is an awesome kid with autism. Story and coloring by me.

It will mean a lot to us if you can support us when our Indiegogo campaign starts. Keep a lookout for this bad boy.

Where do I go from here?

It took me two months to get back to writing my thoughts. Usually I write what my characters are thinking or how they feel in the books that I’m writing, so I might be rusty when it comes to writing about someone you starting to feel you don’t know anymore. For example, I never thought that I would be diagnosed with moderately sever depression. I always thought I was immune to something like that, especially since I’m the kind of person who lives an adventurous life. But that’s a post for another day. I’m here to talk about how 2018 had treated me, and to be honest, it was the best year of my life. I know… weird… one minute I’m mister Blue and now I’m talking about coming out from a magnificent year. Life is strange that way, I guess.

Every year I write about what have I accomplished in the year and post it at new year’s eve, except this year I was sent to the hospital thinking I was having a heart attack, and on my way to the hospital I had my first ever panic attack. My fingers became so stiff I thought my whole body was going to become stiff too. My fingers loosened eventually when the doctor calmly told me to breath normally. My fingers became loose, but I couldn’t type on my keyboard what happened to me throughout the year 2018. So here I am today to do just that; to share what happy events that happened to me, and to remind myself of them.

Here goes.

I have written, produced, filmed and directed my first movie ever. Oh and I also composed the music for the film… special effects… did I mention that I did the special effects too?? So yeah maybe you’re all starting to get why I might be depressed. 😀

Where will I go from there? We will see. So far we will be going through the first quarter of 2019, and I hope it will be a great year, at least I hope to get well soon. Peace and love to all.

A Superhero With Autism

I would like to invite you to my new superhero comic. First of all, I know what you are thinking, “Superhero?… like we don’t have enough of that already.” Well this one is different and unique to me. He is inspired by my nephew, who happens to be autistic, who I also believe is a very smart and very physically fit kid. He led me to the path of writing a story about a hero with autism.

So if you want to see something unique in a genre that have been repetitive lately, then you are only clicks away from experiencing a new story, which is entitled, Djinni

– Synopsis:
Djinni features a superhero with autism, a trait that is in fact a strength for Haythem, the main protagonist. But his powers are not just his lightning speed mind, which makes the whole world move slowly around him, but also because of a deep secret related to Mesopotamia that gave him his immeasurable strength.

Shall Tease No More…

It is said that there are two ways the universe can really tests you… either through having nothing happening to you, or everything at once. It shows what kind of a person you are, let’s you know what is missing from you, and gives you the option to choose what do about it. I have mentioned lately that I had just recovered from my lung infection, breathing normally had never felt more luxurious to me, but during my days of despair, I worked on preparing a new idea that did not belong to my usual and known medium, which consist of housing those thoughts inside the warmth covers of a novel book. My new idea will not be a tease anymore, and today I will reveal not only what the idea is… but also a big news about that idea…. all that will be revealed in my next post… just kidding… maybe… we’ll see… so, here we go.

I have been working on a new series for a comic book, and as any other work, the logical action taken after having the idea is making the fantasy into reality. I have searched for artists to help me make the day dreams I had on paper to be visible, artistic and… well, comicky (if that’s a real word). I sadly did not find anyone close-by who is willing to do the work. Drawing approximately 180-250 images per issue is something of a bother that many would consider twice before agreeing to make, especially since the author in question is doing a comic book for the first time. I was having two tests at once, fighting an illness, and fighting my way through the comic books’ scene. So, eventually… I decided to do what I will reveal in the next post…. still kidding.

Confined inside my room, I taught myself how to draw, I viewed a lot of tutorial videos on youtube… though they usually confused me, here’s why…

10731931_293804967482391_2053564212_n

I eventually learned to some extent how to show a story through drawing. And so, my story telling methods had leveled up, my new upgrade is now realized.

And so… with no further ado… I present to you… Team Genesis… my new comic book series.

cover post

Humanity’s lives have always been prone to change, and when a powerful being comes into existence, the world order is reformed. Three kinds of divisions have became known.  Some worshiped that being as their new divine king, and he was called by the name he gave for himself; Seth. Others hide and stay out of his and his army’s way, paying for their safety, living in fear from his wrath. But others… fewer as they are becoming, are still leading the fight against him and his D.S. (Devil’s seeds). But whenever the odds shift to their advantage, Seth comes in and brings them to their knees… right before he brings their heads to the ground.

Team Genesis is the story of a team that will try to find out the origin of the being Seth, in hopes of finding a way to stop him. But in order for that to happen, Team Genesis must be formed first. this is the story of the person who made the final cut into that team.

Now, for the big news… I’ll have to postpond that one till tomorrow. I realized that posting everything about what I do will be me talking too much. So this time, I’m not teasing, I’m just giving you some rest. Until next time.
